By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product from OBS Scenes (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
We sell digital design files for streaming (including but not limited to Starting Soon, Be Right Back, Just Chatting, Gameplay, and Ending scenes). Products are delivered electronically after payment.
You must provide accurate information when ordering (especially a working email for delivery). You are responsible for keeping access to that email so you can receive download links.
Purchase grants you a limited license to use the files according to our License page. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the designs as your own original work for commercial sale of the files themselves.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g. Visa, American Express, or Cash App). You agree to their terms as well. All sales of digital downloads are subject to our Refund Policy.
Digital files are intended to be delivered automatically by email (or download link) after successful payment, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours under normal conditions. Delays can occur due to email filters, incorrect addresses, or payment processor holds. Contact us if you have not received your files within 24 hours.
We provide limited support for file delivery and corruption issues. We do not provide full OBS setup tutorials or custom technical support for your computer configuration unless explicitly stated in the product.
Products are provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, stream downtime, or issues arising from incorrect installation, incompatible software, or buyer error. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
