Welcome to OBS Scenes (“we”, “us”, “the site”). By using this website or purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy products.
We sell digital stream overlay packs for use with OBS Studio (and similar tools), including HTML scene files and related assets such as stinger videos. Typical packs include scenes such as Starting Soon, Be Right Back, Just Chatting, Gameplay, and Ending Soon.
Prices are shown on the product pages and may change. The price charged is the price at checkout via Stripe.
You may browse the catalog without an account. Optional email sign-in (if offered) is only to save preferences in your browser. Purchases are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
On phones and tablets, the site is available for viewing only. Completing a purchase and downloading paid files is intended for use on a desktop or laptop computer.
When you click to buy a pack, you are directed to Stripe Checkout or a Stripe Payment Link. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected product.
Products are digital downloads. Delivery is typically immediate after successful payment via the success page download link. You must download and keep your own copy of the files. We are not obligated to host downloads forever; re-download help may be provided at our discretion if you contact support with proof of purchase.
Purchase grants a personal-use license as described on our License page. You may use the overlays on your own streams and content. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the files as your own product for sale.
The site and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every OBS version or plugin, or specific stream growth results. You are responsible for configuring OBS and testing overlays before going live.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or data).
Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. Digital goods that have been delivered/downloaded are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of proven non-delivery.
We may update these Terms, prices, or product lineup. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
