Refund Policy

Summary: All products are digital downloads. Once a pack has been successfully delivered or downloaded after payment, sales are generally final. We can help if payment succeeded but you never received the files.

1. Digital products

OBS Scenes sells downloadable overlay packs (HTML files, guides, and related media such as stinger videos). Because these can be copied after download, we cannot accept returns of digital files the way physical goods are returned.

2. When refunds are not available

You completed payment and successfully downloaded the pack.
You changed your mind after purchase.
You bought the wrong color theme but received the correct files for that product.
You have difficulty setting up OBS (we provide setup instructions; configuration is your responsibility).
Compatibility issues with a specific plugin, theme, or older OBS version after the files were delivered.

3. When we may refund or replace

Non-delivery: Stripe shows a successful payment, but the success/download page failed and you could not obtain the files. Contact us with your payment receipt.
Corrupt or incomplete download: The zip is damaged or missing listed files through our fault. We may re-supply the download or refund at our discretion.
Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same order — we will refund the duplicate charge.
Legal requirements: Where consumer law in your country requires a refund, we will comply.

4. How to request help

Email support@obsscenes.com within a reasonable time (preferably within 7 days of purchase) and include:

Order or payment date
Stripe receipt or last 4 digits of the card / payment email
Product name (e.g. pack theme or Golden Legend Special)
Description of the problem

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and can take several business days to appear.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Friendly resolution is faster. Unjustified chargebacks after a valid download may lead to refusal of future service.

6. Previews

Where the site allows scene previews before purchase, please use them to confirm the look of a pack. Previews are provided so you can choose carefully before paying.
