Refund Policy

            Important: All products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered or the files have been accessed, except in the limited cases below.
        

1. No refund after delivery

Once we have sent your download link (or the files have been made available to you), you cannot request a refund because:

You changed your mind
You do not know how to install the files in OBS
The design does not match your personal taste after seeing it
The product does not work with a setup we did not claim to support

2. When we may issue a refund

We may refund or replace files only if:

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement
You never received the delivery email and can show payment proof, and we cannot resend the files
You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error

Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and must include your order number and the email used at checkout.

3. How to request help

Order number or payment receipt
Email used for the purchase
Clear description of the problem (and screenshots if the file will not open)

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in permanent refusal of future sales. We will respond to disputes with proof of delivery and this policy.

5. Free products

Free downloads are provided as-is and are not eligible for any compensation or support beyond reasonable delivery issues.
