When you purchase a product from OBS Scenes, you receive a personal-use license to the digital files in that product, unless a product page states otherwise.

You may

Use the overlays on your own Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or other streaming channels
Use the files in your own recorded content and VODs
Edit colors, text, or layout for your own channel
Use the same pack across multiple platforms you operate
Keep a personal backup of your purchased files

You may not

Resell, rent, or sublicense the files or packs
Share, upload, or redistribute the pack zips or source files publicly
Claim the designs as your own product for sale on other marketplaces
Include the files in a paid bundle or asset pack for others
Use the materials to train commercial AI models for redistribution of similar assets (where prohibited by our Terms)

Ownership

We (or our licensors) retain ownership of the underlying designs and files. Your purchase is a license to use, not a transfer of copyright ownership.

Third-party brands

Pack names and color themes are aesthetic only. OBS Scenes is not affiliated with OBS Project, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or any game or anime rights holders unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules.

Termination

If you materially breach this license (for example, redistributing paid packs), your license may end, and you must stop using and delete distributed copies we reasonably request.
