When you purchase a product from OBS Scenes, you receive a personal-use license unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

You may

Use the files on your own Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or other streaming channels
Use the files in your own recorded content and VODs
Edit colors or text for your own personal branding (if the product includes editable sources)
Use the files on multiple of your own channels

You may not

Resell, share, or redistribute the original files
Upload the files to asset packs, marketplaces, or free download sites
Claim the designs as your own original work for sale
Use the files to create competing products for sale
Transfer the license to another person (except as part of selling your entire channel, where reasonable)

Ownership

We retain all intellectual property rights in the designs. Your purchase is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership of the artwork or source files beyond what is stated above.

Commercial / agency use

If you need to use the designs for clients or a company, contact us for a commercial license. Standard packs are for personal streamer use only.

Violation

Violation of this license may result in termination of your right to use the files and, where applicable, legal action or permanent ban from future purchases.
