2. Add a Browser Source in OBS
OBS → Sources → + → Browser → check Local file → choose starting-soon.html.
Set Width 1920 and Height 1080.

The countdown is already running. Optional: right-click the Browser source → Interact → press E to edit minutes/seconds.

Switch to Just Chatting or Gameplay. Put your Video Capture source under the overlay and resize it so it sits inside the neon frame.

Settings → Scene Transitions → Stinger → select stinger-neon-purple.mov from the pack. Set transition point ~500–800 ms.
